Bid Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sureserve Group. The successful candidate will support the bid manager in creating high-quality submissions and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to standard selection questionnaires
  • Proofreading and editing tenders for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards
  • Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
  • Maintaining bid library
  • General administrative support
Key Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in bid coordination industry (desired)
  • Proficiency in InDesign (desired)
  • Knowledge of CRM and project management software (desired)
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Employee assistance programme
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by one day with each full year of service (max five additional)
