Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to join our team at SharkNinja. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of innovative product experiences, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring less experienced designers throughout the creative process.

Your Role

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will focus on designing visual and functional prototypes for research purposes and internal review. You will lead design activities, create high-fidelity illustrations, and develop product design solutions ensuring relentless usability from conceptualization to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design activities and create high-fidelity illustrations to demonstrate actual physical products
  • Develop product design solutions and ensure relentless usability from conceptualization to production
  • Mentor less experienced designers from concept development to product realization
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions and design reviews
  • Maintain quality standards for design throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Industrial Design or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience as a designer involving small appliances, consumer electronics, or a related role
  • MS in Industrial Design or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumBenefits
