Fenestration Technician

**Career Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Fenestration Technician to join our team at The People Pod.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fitting windows, doors and conservatories, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting windows, doors and conservatories using hand and power tools.
• Taking measurements for new fittings and making any bespoke changes.
• Fixing windows, doors and other products.
• Clearing away materials after the job is finished.
• Repairing and replacing products as requested by customers.
• Training and supporting junior fitters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fitting windows, doors and conservatories.
• NVQ level 2 in Fenestration (desired).
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license.
