Regional HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging role? A leading business is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support 12 branches across the South/South West region. This is a rewarding position where you will be the first point of contact for staff, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR, covering regions from Newquay to Exeter to Bristol to Southampton to Bracknell to Crawley. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting managers through employee relations issues
• Advising, coaching, and guiding managers through the employee lifecycle
• Ensuring managers are aware of policies and processes
• Organising family-friendly processes for staff
• Responding to HR-related queries

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role, with experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.
