• Manage model diaries and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Work with the graphics department to maintain up-to-date model portfolios and webpages
  
• Process visa applications and model costs, and manage portfolio content
  
• Develop and implement marketing programs for clients and models
  
• Ensure professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
