We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Babington House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality food before service, ensuring consistency and presentation meet company standards.
  • Set up and stock kitchen stations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service, communicating effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a passion for food and beverage, staying up-to-date with seasonal and local produce.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a senior role in a busy high-profile kitchen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a punctual and reliable attitude.
  • Able to work varied shift times, including evenings, weekends, and opens/closes.
  • Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods, with occasional kneeling, bending, and climbing.
