Commercial Insurance Account Handler Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with commercial clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our construction division to prepare and agree forecasts, targets, and budgets for commercial insurance accounts.
- Collaborate with account executives and other account handlers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and accuracy of documentation.
- Act in accordance with FCA Principles for Business and comply with FCA and internal procedures to ensure the company meets its responsibilities.
- Assist the wider division and broking team with London Market presence and placing via Lloyds.
Requirements:
- Experience in a commercial insurance account handler role in any industry.
- Acturis experience is a plus.
- Ability to organize self and own work, questioning and evaluation of client needs, and building relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, verbal, and written communication.
- Selling and cross-selling skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
