Quality and Safety Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality and Safety Coordinator to join our Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the clinical and directorate management teams to implement and coordinate all aspects of the quality, safety, patient experience, and governance agenda.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing/responding to patient complaints, recognised IT qualification e.g. CLAIT, ECDL, knowledge of DATIX system, experience of enacting patient safety incident response framework, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training or similar.
