Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to educate new customers and gain sales appointments for the field sales team.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Qualify leads and book new business appointments for the sales team to help them achieve company sales targets and improve profitability.
- Ensure all interactions with clients and prospects are accurately recorded in Salesforce and that this information is kept up-to-date.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Computer literate and experience of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
