About the Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Ipswich office as a key member of our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative support, and contributing to a welcoming and engaging environment.

The role is varied and no two days are the same, with a range of accountabilities including making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and managing stock and stationery. You will work closely with the team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, and is able to provide great customer service. You will be confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a "can-do" attitude. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have experience in a customer-facing role.
