About the Team

The Nursing and Midwifery Council's Education Quality Assurance (EQA) Team is responsible for ensuring that all providers of professional education and training for nurses, midwives, and nursing associates meet the required standards. This is in accordance with the Council's statutory duties.

Role Overview

This role will ensure the safe and effective delivery of education and training to nursing professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with the EQA Team to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the EQA Team to develop and implement quality assurance strategies

• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements

• Provide expert advice on educational standards and best practices

Requirements

• Strong understanding of educational standards and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive salary position, offering a salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
