Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel and ticket system.
  • Participate in shifts for a 24hr service coverage rota, including overnight and weekend hours.
  • Follow processes for Incident, Problem, and Service request management based on ITIL practices.
  • Help produce weekly and monthly reports, including analytics for customers.
  • Manage SOC tools, configurations, and updates.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Sentinel administration experience.
  • Microsoft Defender XDR operations and administration.
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with administration of Windows client and server OS.
  • Experience with administration of Linux OS.
  • Good understanding of Networking and Networking Services.
  • Programming/scripting skills, such as C#, Go, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of hybrid AAD/EntralD and on-premises AD.
