About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Greater Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of health & safety are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality standards in station operations - including cleanliness.
  • Implement improvement activities around customer satisfaction, safety, and performance.
  • Support area managers in stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage disruption, liaising with the control team and traincrew managers to identify staffing levels for train services - using diagramming information to plan ahead.
  • Lead your team to deliver high levels of customer service and operational service delivery.
