About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1, you'll work closely with our team to provide person-centered support, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to adults with ABI, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
