Transforming Fintech with a Senior Product Manager

Salt is partnering with a well-established Fintech company to revolutionize their digital presence. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the creation of a best-in-class experience for clients worldwide, tackling key pain points and challenges from a product and commercial perspective.

You will work closely with a cross-functional squad to address consumer-facing product challenges, acting as a full-stack PM across execution, strategy, and leadership. Your role will involve partnering with designers to ensure UX and UI challenges are met and service elements are considered throughout development.

In addition to your day-to-day PM responsibilities, you will help drive new ways of working and problem-solving, introducing product practice and frameworks to optimize team performance and focus. You will also support the Head of Product in driving this transformation, setting up the business and team for continued commercial success.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working on regulated products with a good foundational understanding of investments, ISAs, pensions, and general investments.
  • Previous experience coaching and mentoring PMs.
  • Experience driving organizational change and transformation with a focus on digital.
  • Strong experience working in agile squads, working in sprints, and with cross-functional teams with a keen eye for UX and a passion for working with designers.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to drive change through storytelling.

The role reports into the Head of Product and requires 2 days per week in the central London Office. The interview process includes an intro call with the HoP, a case study interview with the HoP and another team member, and a final culture fit interview with leadership and senior stakeholders.
