Teaching Assistant Opportunity at The Bridge School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Bridge School, a rapidly improving special school that joined Unity Schools Partnership in June 2019. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with a wide range of communication, physical, and profound and multiple learning difficulties.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and prepared to assist pupils on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups and whole class settings. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Academy Trust, working closely with experienced special education leaders who will provide guidance and support throughout your role.
