The successful candidate will have expertise in one or more areas such as linguistic and sociolinguistic critical approaches, language and power, language style and identity, or world Englishes.

This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and assessment, as well as supporting students' acquisition of transferable and employability skills at first degree level. You will be expected to teach a range of critical approaches to linguistic study and underpin this with practical research and writing skills.
