About the Role

Gi Group is seeking a skilled Brickwork Instructor to join our education sector team. The successful candidate will teach and assess students on a range of courses and learning programmes.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver educational content, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
  2. Support students in their academic and pastoral care, providing guidance and mentorship.
  3. Assess student progress and development, making recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Appropriate teaching qualifications and/or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • An appropriate Level 3 trade qualification.
Compensation Package
  • Estimated salary range: £36,413 - £40,000 per annum.
