Salary

We offer competitive hourly rates starting at £12.00 per hour, with higher pay rates for evening and weekend shifts. In addition, you will receive mileage reimbursement at a rate of £0.30-£0.45 per mile, paid travel time between clients (subject to some restrictions), holiday pay, and pension contributions.

Job Description

As a Caring Companion Professional, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and domestic support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop tailored care plans, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care that meets their unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. You must be willing to undergo comprehensive training and adhere to our strict safeguarding policies. Additionally, you will require a valid UK driving license and access to your own transportation.
