We are currently seeking a Roving Chef to join our team. As a Roving Chef, you will have the opportunity to work across our managed estate, assisting pub kitchen teams that require additional support or guidance.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef to progress in their career, with exposure to a range of businesses across our pub estate. As a Roving Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchens, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pub kitchen teams with menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive pay package, including up to £14 per hour, mileage payment of 45p per mile, and a range of benefits, including profit share, discounts in our pubs and hotels, and access to our employee assistance program.
