Job Title: Engineering Stores Supervisor

As a key member of the Culina Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Engineering department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain accurate stock control, document filing, and data entry for all engineering parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock control, document filing, and data entry for all engineering parts and products.
  • Support the effective operation of the Engineering department and have overall responsibility for your budgeted spend.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum through accurate stock management and that critical spares are never out of stock.
  • Manage your own workload to maintain and be accountable for accurate stock control, document filing, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Inventory and stock management control.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items.
  • Good understanding of customer deliverables and impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
  • An understanding of health and safety requirements (IOSH not imperative).
  • Team working.
