Our client is an independent advisory firm specialising in Corporate Finance, M&A, Debt Advisory and Analytics with a focus on the Real Estate, Power, Energy & Utilities and Transportation sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in working alongside the team providing guidance and senior-level supervision with the execution of assignments. This will involve working in a dynamic and fast-growing real estate team.

About the Team

The team is involved in a range of exciting assignments across affordable residential, cold storage, self-storage, healthcare, data centres and energy & infra with real estate crossover areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advising and supporting clients across M&A, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory.
  2. Guiding and supervising the team with day-to-day management of transactions.
  3. Lead on new idea generation, initiatives and pitches.
  4. Broaden the relationships of the team.
  5. Support the team's development and learning.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years' experience, with minimum of 5 years real estate M&A, capital raising, and debt advisory.
  • Must have excellent deal execution experience along with business development and origination skills.
  • Strong and demonstrable track record of interacting well and building relationships with a large range of stakeholders.
  • Strong academic track record and professional qualifications are desirable.
