About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the management and supervision of mobile cleaning operatives;
  • Coordinating and executing monthly and yearly deep cleaning tasks;
  • Managing client cleaning requests in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensuring compliance with on-site security procedures and policies;
  • Conducting regular site checks to maintain standards;
  • Assisting in the recruitment and vetting process for new cleaning team members;
  • Managing stock levels effectively.
