Job Overview

We Buy Any Car, the UK's favourite car-buying service, is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to drive performance across our regional network.

Salary: £34,000 plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £3,000 per annum (pro-rata).

About the Role

This key leadership position requires someone who can optimise regional purchase objectives by effectively managing and motivating Retail Branch Managers. Responsibilities include daily conference calls, weekly 1-2-1s with Buyer Development Leaders, and regular branch visits to monitor progress.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers across the region to achieve business targets
  • Lead daily conference calls to discuss regional performance and address any challenges
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1 coaching sessions with Buyer Development Leaders to ensure they have the necessary support
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience as a Regional Manager or Area Manager within a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving high performance through effective leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
