About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sandy, Bedfordshire, covering various highways and civil engineering projects in the Eastern region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely claims for payment, building strong relationships with the supply chain, and maintaining contract sustainability. They will work closely with our Operations team and clients to achieve these objectives.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the NEC Suite of Contract Documents and experience of NEC Term Service Contract.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the NEC Suite of Contract Documents.
  • Experience of NEC Term Service Contract.
  • Management of subcontractors.
  • Costing of labour, plant, and materials.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £44-54k + car per annum, reflecting the industry standards and location.
