Catering Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Catering Supervisor to join our team at Defence. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality food to our clients, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage our culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver exceptional service.
- Communication and Liaison: Communicate regularly with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations.
- Health and Safety: Implement and review Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
- Training and Development: Support and train our teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Qualifications: A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
