About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at The Quarrymans Arms, a family-friendly country pub and inn located in picturesque Box Hill, Wiltshire. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source the finest seasonal produce.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
