Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stores Assistant (Driver) to join our team at Associated Calibration & Training Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book goods in and out, preparing them for shipping, ensuring timely deliveries and collections.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and update inventory records accurately.
  • Collections and deliveries of goods from both customers and suppliers require a safe and efficient approach.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and plan routes effectively.
Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, fuelled, and safe condition at all times.
  • Exhibit professional behaviour through dress and attitude at all times.
  • Adequate personal protective equipment must be worn when required.
  • Be prepared to undertake training as necessary to meet job requirements.

Our ideal candidate should have previous experience with shipment preparation, good geographical knowledge of the Midlands and North West, excellent IT skills, a full driving licence, and strong communication abilities. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
