About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their own homes and within the community.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our customers to live independently, complete daily activities, and access opportunities within the local community. You will work closely with our customers, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible care and support.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care, is able to work independently, and is a team player. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to think ahead to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

As a Support Worker with Leading Lives, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, work in a dynamic and supportive environment, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers to live independently and complete daily activities
  • Identify and assist with opportunities within the local community
