Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist - Countywide Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in the Wellingborough area. The successful candidate will work with adults, providing therapy services and supporting the development of complex communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to adults in the countywide area.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support the development of complex communication skills.
  • Provide mentoring and support to Band 5 staff and NQTs.
  • Manage the RTT waiting list and commence assessments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Complex dysphagia competencies and experience working with complex communication difficulties.
  • Smartcard and current or recent SystmOne knowledge required.
  • Must have own transport.
