Apprentice Business Analyst Opportunity

Our client, a leading Lloyds Insurance Broker, is seeking an Apprentice Business Analyst to join their growing Operations/IT team in London.

The successful candidate will support the Business Analysis team and be responsible for handling BAU issues and small changes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior Business Analysts with assigned analysis tasks.
  • Conduct workshops with the business to elicit and document business requirements and priorities.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate into high-quality artefacts such as user stories, wireframes, data flows, process maps, business requirements documents, and presentations.
  • Apply design thinking approaches to define needs, designs, problems, and insights.
Key Skills:
  • On-target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above).
  • At least 5 GCSES (Grade C or above).
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team or individually.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Salary £23,000.
