Project Manager - Pharmacy Commercial Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Pharmacy Commercial Partnerships team, part of the Healthcare Business Unit at The Boots Company PLC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic change project that will enhance core pharmacy dispensing margin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining up-to-date project plans, managing internal and external dependencies, and working closely with workstream leads to ensure key milestones are delivered at pace and to the agreed level of quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including managing internal and external dependencies.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure key milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed level of quality.
  • Lead project governance processes, including facilitating project meetings, producing project reports, and managing risks and issues.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure project success, alignment, and appropriate use of escalation to remove blockers and confirm decisions.
  • Liaise with the wider project management community to further develop your experience and skills and ensure consistent approach to project delivery is maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing projects involving different levels of scale and complexity.
  • Experience of commercial and operational processes.
  • Ability to maintain project process rigour and discipline throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
