A highly skilled Senior Horticultural Specialist is sought by Cora Partners to lead their garden maintenance team at a private estate in North Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will oversee sixteen acres of beautiful gardens and wider grounds, ensuring exceptional standards of gardening excellence.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticulturist to join a small, dedicated team responsible for maintaining the estate's gardens and grounds. As Senior Horticultural Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day gardening operations, including planning, implementation, and quality control.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for horticulture and excellent leadership skills. A degree or equivalent experience in horticulture or a related field is essential. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality gardening services and a strong understanding of organic gardening practices.

What We Offer
Cora Partners offers a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.
