About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced horticulturist to join a small, dedicated team responsible for maintaining the estate's gardens and grounds. As Senior Horticultural Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day gardening operations, including planning, implementation, and quality control.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for horticulture and excellent leadership skills. A degree or equivalent experience in horticulture or a related field is essential. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality gardening services and a strong understanding of organic gardening practices.
What We Offer
