**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the fit, size, and function of styles from concept to launch. This includes establishing fit blocks and technical standards for the Nadine Merabi brand. The role involves fitting garments to a high standard, working alongside the Pattern Cutter to create workbooks, and providing high-standard quality stock while minimizing returns. Additionally, the candidate will accurately communicate fit feedback to suppliers, generate accurate size charts with consistent size grading, and perform day-to-day Garment Tech operational tasks such as measuring samples. The ideal candidate will also ensure all tech packs are of the highest standard, thoroughly check all samples submitted to ensure they meet Nadine Merabi's high standards, coordinate any reprocessing work, liaise with contacts at the third-party warehouse on stock issues, and work with contacts at the third-party warehouse on packaging requirements. Furthermore, the candidate will attend quarterly visits with suppliers, maintain awareness of all factory shipment dates, coordinate daily communication with all suppliers, approve size specs for bulk production, review high-returning styles, and document technical documents.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Senior Garment Technician, be able to measure to spec and to pattern, understand and execute commercial construction solutions, demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, and have the ability to measure and grade to a high standard. They should also have experience in working with live fit models, be confident in making decisions on fit, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lead when required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and experience in overseas travel are also essential. While knowledge of fabrics and trims, experience at Atelier, luxury, or bridal, and proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and PowerPoint are preferred, they are not necessary.
