Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP is a leading law firm seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to manage complex property transactions, provide expert legal advice to clients, and ensure their interests are protected in all property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee and manage the sale, purchase, lease, and development of commercial properties.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are protected in all property transactions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing property titles, conducting searches, and advising on potential legal risks.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial property.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations, advising clients on legal updates and implications.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes related to commercial property, including litigation if necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the firm, including corporate, finance, and litigation teams, to provide comprehensive legal support.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including networking events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum 4 years' experience in Commercial Property.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Be confident in managing multiple priorities and working under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Show a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
