Accounts Assistant – Permanent Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our small Head Office Team at Wise Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Credit Control & Sales Ledger function, working independently to manage and maintain accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including credit control and sales ledger functions.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, with ability to learn new systems and processes.
