Job DescriptionAccounts Assistant – Permanent Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our small Head Office Team at Wise Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Credit Control & Sales Ledger function, working independently to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including credit control and sales ledger functions.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with ability to learn new systems and processes.
