Key Responsibilities- Support young people to meet their needs and achieve their goals
- Build trusting relationships with young people within a stimulating and safe environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and care of young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Experience of working with vulnerable young people
- Commitment to Children's Rights
- Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a registered supervisor
