Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering, with experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake mechanical and electrical engineering activities, including planned, unplanned, and improvement work.
  2. Schedule and perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of plant and equipment.
  3. Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  4. Install and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, with experience in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
  2. Proven experience in maintenance engineering in a production or manufacturing environment.

Working Hours: Panama shift (3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off), Days and Nights on rotation, 12 hour shifts.

Salary: £45,000 / £47,500 / £50,000 depending on experience.
