About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Observing, assessing, and planning for individual children's needs, in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
