Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Work Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling tasks, managing customer and client relationships, and ensuring regulatory information is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of programme
  • Manage contract requirements for a range of jobs
  • Handle calls and schedule a range of works
  • Validate each job to ensure required information is available
  • Manage customer and client relationships
  • Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on the internal system
  • Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales

Requirements

  • Good level of education
  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system
  • Good knowledge of office working systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
