Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host/Runner at Seven Dials Market, a vibrant and dynamic food market in Central London. As a dual role, you will alternate between working as a Host and a Drinks Runner, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring seamless service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Work closely with the management and supervisory team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Take direction from senior members of the team and use initiative to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver beverages to guests' tables, ensuring accurate orders and recognizing allergy requirements
  • Collaborate with servers and bartenders to maintain a smooth flow of drink orders and provide exceptional service
  • Keep service areas clean and organized, ensuring glassware and drink stations are well-maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on guest experience and service
  • A passion for exceptional hospitality and facilitating great guest experiences
