About the Role

You'll lead a team of experienced IPS Employment Specialists on our South Yorkshire programme contract, providing training, mentoring, and supervision to ensure the highest quality services. Your goal will be to meet targeted referrals, engagements, and outcomes, while working closely with key stakeholders, including IAPT/Primary Care/JCP team leaders and Partnership Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of IPS Employment Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training and mentoring programmes to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Support the Service Manager in maximising service outcomes and work closely with the Working Win Programme Team.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing remote working teams and performance management procedures.
  • Excellent partnership working skills, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets.
