Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Delivery Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring that our equipment is in good working order, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Receive and store deliveries safely and securely, and communicate any issues to the team.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Take pride in your personal appearance and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Working Hours

This position will require you to work a variable schedule, including Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. You must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 6am. For this position, the base rate of pay will be £10.60 hourly (6am-Midnight). Between the hours of midnight and 6am, we pay a premium rate of an additional £1 per hour on top of the advertised rate.
