Job Title: Operations Analyst - Data Insights and Process Improvement

We are a reputable, well-established FMCG company based in the UK, seeking an experienced Junior Operations Analyst to join our team at our Wembley site.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to work closely with various teams within the business, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working in an admin role, preferably in a similar FMCG environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and ERP systems is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and challenge data received from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse data trends and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
