We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Supervisor to join our team at Rock Compliance Ltd in Alcester. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth commissioning of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the selection and recruitment of staff to support our commissioning operations.
  • Induct new employees into the business, providing comprehensive training and onboarding.
  • Carry out training of employees as required to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Oversee the productivity of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise and work with relevant parties to ensure all work activity is planned, organised and carried out to the contract brief.
  • Consult with other Supervisors and engineers, management, clients and other employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Promote and communicate safety standards/information to colleagues and team members.
  • Mobilise works, including ordering parts, chemicals, and other necessary resources.
  • Oversee the booking of works and advise the scheduler of the timings, engineer skills required, and impact to site.
Required Skills
  • Previous exposure to the Commissioning sector in an operational environment.
  • Confident IT user, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to work to a budget and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, seeing challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • Organisation and planning experience to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer contact and liaison skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Geographical knowledge to understand the impact of operations on the local community.
  • Commissioning processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • A full clean driving license is required for occasional work-related travel.
