Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the solvency estimate process for L&G Group and LGAS, performing checks to identify and address development work as required.
  • Aggregate the SCR for L&G Group and LGAS, preparing Analysis of Change to support validation and provide business insights.
  • Calibrate the Group correlations matrix, operational risk capital for the LGAS entity, and operational risk capital held outside of Business Units.
  • Support L&G Group's response to regulatory exercises, including the Insurance Capital Standard and Life Insurance Stress Testing.
  • Contribute to the direction of travel for improvements in the team, using creative thinking to generate ideas to improve results and processes.

The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance, and 27 days holiday.
