**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Herdsperson to join our team at REAL Success Ltd. in Shropshire. As a key member of our farm team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Farm Manager with day-to-day duties and taking control of the farm while they are away.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Daily herd management and ensuring animal welfare are the top priorities.
* Milking to a high standard as part of a team and ensuring the parlour is kept clean and safe to operate.
* Treating & identifying illnesses and informing the senior team of any observations.
* Keeping basic records and compliance up to date.
* Supporting with dry cow management, calving cows and colostrum protocols.
* Keeping the overall farm tidy and safe to operate.
* General yard work and machine maintenance including fencing and bedding.

**Requirements**

* UK Right to Work
* Full UK Driving License
* Foot Trimming license preferred
