Our Construction Team

Our 7-partner and 18-strong national construction and engineering team advises on all aspects of legal construction matters, including infrastructure projects, logistics parks, commercial/residential schemes, and town centre redevelopments. We act for developers, occupiers, funders, construction professionals, contractors, and specialists, managing and resolving risks in building and engineering projects.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Birmingham-based non-contentious construction team, led by Andrew Outram, and work closely with our national team head, Patrick Garner. As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will advise on a mix of development/infrastructure projects, real estate, and corporate acquisitions/disposals, as well as property finance. You will have the chance to support large-scale transactions and supervise more junior team members.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lawyer with a strong background in non-contentious work. However, we're open to applications from those with any construction law experience looking to carve a career in non-contentious work. Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
