Job Overview

The East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Parts Specialist. This role is responsible for providing an efficient and effective parts and logistics service across Lincolnshire and wider EMAS.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining stock levels to ensure the supply of vehicle parts to our Fleet mechanics, minimizing downtime of operational vehicles.
  • Ensuring the replenishment of stocks and deliveries of ambulance and station consumables and equipment to Ambulance stations across Lincolnshire.
  • Picking orders and replenishing van and warehouse stock at our Lincoln distribution center.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Ordering, receiving, and processing invoices using current fleet and Logistics software systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a small, busy team.
  • Relatable experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain management.
