About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead our design function across active projects. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, driving innovative and cost-effective design solutions from tender stages through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project designs to ensure alignment with project objectives from conception to completion.
  • Foster relationships with design partners and clients, ensuring designs meet project requirements through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to deliver leading design solutions.
  • Conduct design meetings, review deliverables, and troubleshoot any design challenges that may arise.
The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal Design Director will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-driven design solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

What We Offer

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including a car allowance, 26 days' holiday (plus long-service days), private medical insurance, and an 8% pension match.
